'Bedrock' in Big Issue Fiction Edition
I'm thrilled to have a story included in the 2015 Big Issue Fiction Edition, due to hit the streets on August 14. My story 'Bedrock' was written as part of my doctoral composite novel Wool Spin Burn, and explores the impact that socio-economic, environmental and personal relationship pressures bring to bear on a Brisbane restaurateur. I'm honoured to have the story published alongside fiction by Graeme Simsion, SJ Watson, Maxine Beneba Clarke, Emily Bitto and other wonderful writers!
